Payment:

Payment terms and details will be outlined in the project proposal. Veosite reserves the right to suspend work on the project if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms.

Communication:

Effective communication is crucial for project success. Both parties agree to maintain open and timely communication throughout the duration of the project.

Project Timelines:

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client-requested changes, and Veosite will communicate any adjustments accordingly.

Limitation of Liability:

Veosite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.

Veosite Refund Policy:

We appreciate your trust in Veosite for your web designing needs. However, please note that we do not offer refunds once payment is received. Our web designing services are tailored and time-intensive, and as such, we commit significant resources to each project upon commencement. Please note, in addition to our standard policy, we do not offer refunds on any marketing and SEO packages purchased with Veosite.

3. Hosting and Fees:

To host your website with us, an initial payment of £84 for the first year’s hosting is required (this includes domain name) This amount covers hosting for the entire year and must be paid in full before the website is launched. This charge will be separate from your package bill and will be invoiced separately once the website is designed by us and ready to be hosted. Please note that this payment does not go to Veosite; it is directed to the hosting provider. We will provide you with a special link to the hosting provider’s website to complete the payment.

 Our hosting services include partnering with industry-leading providers to ensure robust security, daily site backups, and premium customer support. This strategic collaboration is essential for enhancing the website’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO), thereby supporting the client’s online presence and growth.

Discounted Hosting Fee: After the completion of the first year of service, the client will be eligible for a discounted hosting fee of £1 per month (with no futher annual payments). This discounted rate will apply indefinitely, for as long as the client continues to use the hosting services. This offer is designed to provide our clients with an affordable solution for maintaining and growing their website over time.

Terms of Service: The client acknowledges and agrees that these terms are part of the broader terms and conditions of service. All hosting services provided will adhere to the same standards of quality and reliability as all our offerings. The client is encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates.

By continuing to use our hosting services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the outlined fees and services. We are committed to providing high-quality hosting solutions to support our clients’ websites and their success online.
